We used thermotolerant (Galia 1) vs susceptible (Galia 2) plants under three (Ta20, 26 and 32??) temperature conditions and viral (WMV) infections, along with the MOCK treatment plants. Three plants per condition were sampled after 30 days post-inoculation and pooled, having three replicates (A, B and C).
